HUMCore

In a Florence high school, three meetings to present the HumCore project

The meetings will be held Feb. 8 and 11 and April 14

As part of the HumCore Project, sponsored by the Community of Sant’Egidio, three meetings, on February 8 and 11 and April 14, will be held at the Porta Romana Art School in Florence, formerly known as the Florence Art Institute.

The events, organized by CNR-IFAC, will be a way to introduce many young Europeans to the “best practice” of humanitarian corridors. The HumCore project, in fact, aims to promote at the European level the model of reception and integration proposed by humanita

rian corridors, with the aim of making it a policy applicable to different European countries.

Among the scheduled speakers will be Lucio Barbetta, coordinator of the HumCore Project.
