The HumCORE Project Meeting will be held in Sofia from June 13 to 15.
The work will begin on June 14 with a communciation from the Program Coordinator, Lucio Barbetta, and four working sessions:
Session One: WP3 “Capacity Building for Sponsors” – progress and forthcoming events”
Session Two: WP4 “Fostering Integration” – progress and forthcoming events”
Session Three: WP5 “Outreach and Advocacy” – update of the OAP and Communication plan, progress and forthcoming events”
Session Four: Financial Coordination Meeting
The working sessions will be held at the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences.
The second working day, scheduled for Thursday, June 15, will include a sixth working session:
Session Six: Advocacy Session, a panel discussion with the theme “The Humanitarian Corridors Scheme – Pathways to Refugee Integration and the Potential of the Civil Sector.” The session will be hosted at the Europa Hall, headquarters of the European Parliament.
The day will close with two grassroots initiatives; a sociological walk with the topic “Migration and Refugees” spaces and places of Sofia” and a visit of the Red Cross’ Contact Center for Migrants, Refugees and Asulym seekers and the Integration Center for Migrants and Refugees.
